Submitting a contact or quote request form does not create a service agreement or guarantee scheduling.
Estimates

Actual pricing may change if:

We will communicate any changes before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.
If access is not available, the appointment may be rescheduled and a service fee may apply.
Permits and Code Compliance
Where required, work will be performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards. Some projects may require permits and inspections by local authorities. Permit fees, if required, may be the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms will be discussed before or at the time services are provided.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. T&K Home Builders Inc. reserves the right to suspend or refuse future services for unpaid balances.
Customers are responsible for the cost of materials purchased specifically for their project.
Cancellations
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service call or trip fee.
Warranties
T&K Home Builders Inc. will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment where applicable. We are not responsible for failures caused by misuse, improper operation, pre-existing conditions, or modifications performed by others.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T&K Home Builders Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.
We are not responsible for existing electrical issues, concealed wiring problems, or conditions that were not visible or reasonably detectable at the time of service.
